About the Company

Mickey Otmazgin Architecture Ltd. is a planning firm established in 2006 under the management of architect Mickey Otmazgin. The firm deals with architectural planning for the private, business and public sectors. Among the works: saturated construction, private construction, urban renewal, public institutional buildings, design in a given space.

In each project, large or small, hours of work of unique creation are invested, in tangible, three-dimensional work while understanding the needs of the place, the client, on a short schedule. The firm has many projects in the Haifa area and the surrounding area that include new buildings alongside urban renewal for existing buildings. The firm has a team of fifteen planners, who deal with a variety of different fields of architecture.

Architect Mickey Otmazgin, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Education, B.Arch.Ed Academy of Design and Education, WIZO, Haifa 2013. Master’s degree in Architecture MA Tel Aviv University 2022. Architectural Engineer, Technological College, Ort Bialik 2003.

Architect registered in the Register of Engineers and Architects, member of the Association of United Architects in Israel and member of the Organization of Independent Engineers and Architects. Member of the Northern District Appeals Committee as a representative of architects and planners (2021-2024), lecturer in architectural studies at the Ort Brauda School of Engineering in Karmiel (2017-2019). The firm has carried out over 1,500 projects over the course of 17 years, among our clients: municipalities, government companies, large construction companies, entrepreneurs and private clients.

The firm was selected to exhibit at the 40/40 Young Architects Exhibition 2018, 2023, and received a commendation from the United Architects of Israel Association. The Gilboa Blue Building won first place in the 2019 Marker LABELS Beautiful Buildings in Urban Renewal Competition.

The Sabinya Market project came in second place in the architectural competition of the Economic Society and the Kiryat Bialik Municipality. The firm was ranked fifth in the National Urban Renewal Index for 2023.
